Susan Velazquez Colmant

I am the subsidiary rights director at JABberwocky, where I manage audio and translation rights in addition to my own growing client list.

I was born and raised outside of Dallas, Texas alongside my older sister. I am a first-generation American and I identify as Mexican-American or Chicana.

I received a B.A. in Creative Writing with a minor in Gender Studies from SUNY Oswego in 2016.

My hobbies include visiting art museums, going to the movies, and practicing my French with my husband, who was raised in Corsica. We live in New York City with our cats, Mr. Tibbs and Mr. Squiggy.
